Speed Program

A sprint focused program centered around speed development for all athletes. The program is set up for the promotion of sprint development for sprinters, team sport athletes, and any athletes looking to get faster. The schedule is structured for 4 days of training each week focusing on acceleration, deceleration, maximum velocity, change of direction, tempo, and plyometrics.

The goal of this program is to make each individual faster, more explosive, and a stronger sprinter. Speed is essential in all sporting environments and when practiced and executed properly will function to benefit the individual. Through proper training and coaching delivered via the Speed Program, all participants will see improvements over the 8-week period.
General fitness
Program
8 Weeks - 3 Days per week

The general fitness program is for all fitness levels looking to improve their strength, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness. The program is weight room focused but allows for necessary exercise replacements as needed. By focusing on these three pillars of physical fitness, participants will be challenged to execute full body workouts that increase ease in everyday movements, body composition, and advanced flexibility.

The goal of this program is to make our daily activities easier by staying strong, mobile, and fit, which will reduce the risk of age related diseases and lead to a higher quality of life.
Strength and Size Program
8 Weeks - 4 Days per week

The strength program is weight room focused for all levels of fitness looking to the maximum force their muscles can produce. Whether it be for sport, fitness competition, or health this program will advance through progressive overload centered around proper strength volumes and intensities.

This program differs from the General Fitness Program in that it will increase muscle size (hypertrophy) and strength (ie. lifting heavier, increasing explosiveness, and muscular adaptations).

The Strength and Size Program will provide all fundamental exercises to create a well balanced program.
Customized Program

The Customized Program option is for those seeking a personal touch on their training. The program focuses on individuals' wants, goals, and needs in a competitive or non-competitive setting. The Customized Program allows for improvement in fitness across all spectrums and a personalized touch will increase adaptations and benefits for the active user.
